Breathing!

So I am a bit confused.....did taking 2000mg vitamin C (every 8 hours) - drinking honey tea & vegetable juice -  slurping spicy soup while dawning a neck warmer for the duration of the day all contribute to a winning battle of the common cold???!!!  I have been quietly sitting and waiting for the runny eyes, tickle in the nose, sneezing frenzy, dryed out throat, and gobs of snot to begin it's torment of me.....waiting....waiting....I do believe I have turned a major corner!!!  A bit stuffy in the right nostril, a mild headache and my right eyelid is still a bit sore, but other than that I feel pretty much back to normal......so was I battling a cold??? Is there an evil dust mite lurking in my house????  I don't care what the answer is! I FEEL GOOD!!!!!! Bring it on world!!!
