Today was beautiful again! But as the day turned into late afternoon the clouds started going gray and there was a gloom beginning. Trying to catch just a bit of the last rays I spent some time outside.....it's amazing how fresh air can spur an unreal appetite! Hmmmmm.....think a trip to the grocer's is in order!!! The music in my car was tired and irritating.....thought I would pop something different....not recently listened to.....let's see....Cuchama by Govi! Some pretty awesome guitar picking :) My preferred guitarist is Ottmar Liebert, but Govi is pretty similar. The music was perfect....swept me away to sunny skies and desert sands....... Really put me in the mood for some salsa and cilantro!!!! I had a perfect recipe from delish.com that would complete my Santa Fe transformation. Salsa Beef Stew......absolutely muy bien!!!!!!
