Ahhhhhhh.....sleeping in to 9 o'clock - a very rare occasion! That's four extra hours of sack time :) Of course, dog number one - Jax - thought the extra sleep was completely over rated.....he tried his best to succomb to the wishes of the rest of us, but when his eyes open his stomach begins to twitch. Hunger is more powerful than sleep for Jax.....all day to sleep! Need to eat.....NOW!!!! Did I say 9? I got up at nine but reminded of the time every five minutes from 5 on......but my eyes were closed and I was able to catch snippets of a dream here and there......my boy Jax :) I love him. Couldn't find dog number two - Oscar Riley for a while- he had scrunched so far down under the covers he felt like a lost pair of pajama bottoms (don't ask!) Dog number three - Joe - bounced up as soon as Jax began pacing....running outside then inside....outside....inside....finally landing at the foot of the bed in a heap content to remain there until breakfast is served.....Sometimes.....it's much more relaxing to just get up and go to work!! But today I am off and there is no hurry to scurry anywhere. Finished up a baby sweater - started a new puzzle - ate some lunch - reading a manuscript (a very very special one that my brother wrote - will be sharing more on that in the very near future!!!) Will do a few more odds and ends before the day is through. Kinda thinking about dinner....hmmmmm....will have to think a while longer on that.
